Peppermint Mocha Latte

Ingredients

  • ¾ c. of strong coffee (espresso preferred)
  • ¼ c. frothed milkadamia Barista
  • ¼ c. of vegan dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 or 2 drops of pure peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp. of crushed peppermint candy
  • 1 tsp. cacao powder
  • Vegan whipped cream

Directions

  1. Brew coffee. While coffee is brewing, heat chocolate chips in a microwave for 2 minutes and stir until melted
  2. Spoon into brewed coffee; add in peppermint extract – stir.
  3. Foam milkadamia Barista in milk frother. Add to coffee.
  4. Spoon on whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed candy, and dust with cacao.
